REGISTRATION POLICIES
Sitting at the easel - painting and drawing class.
You may register for classes held at any site in our art network at our office (545 East Lincoln Highway Second Floor), by mail, by phone: (610) 384 3030, or online.
To register, make payment via our website or return a registration form with full payment to the Studio. To view and pay for classes online, click the blue button below.
Permission Forms must be signed and submitted by a parent or guardian at least one week before the start of a class for all students under the age of 18.
Payment may be made in cash, check payable to Art Partners Studio, or with a credit/debit card. If paying tuition fees is difficult, you may qualify for tuition aid (read below) or have the option to pay in installments. Please contact the office to inquire about payment plans.
Tuition Aid is available for all ages. Families may apply for tuition aid for one class per family member each session. Complete a Tuition Aid Application for each student and submit with proof of household income (i.e.- recent pay stub or tax return) with registration. No payment is necessary until we review your application. We will notify you of tuition aid within one week. Payment of noted materials fees is required for each class.
Refunds are only granted if the Studio receives a written request (email, letter) of cancellation one week before the start of any class. A processing fee of $25 will be charged. If the Studio cancels a class, you will be notified and receive a full refund. The Studio does not refund or prorate for days missed.
The Studio reserves the right to: use any images of students and/or their work for promotion, make changes to schedules and classes, cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment.
Adult student signature or a Parent/Guardian's signature indicates agreement with all of the Studio's policies.
